Rare purple crystal shrimp, also called purple zebra shrimp, grow in subtropical areas of Taiwan and once in a while find themselves in the aquarium trade. Like the ones we brought in. Peaceful and adaptable to most aquarium conditions similar to neocaridina shrimp, they do not like temperatures over 80 degrees. Purple bands and a green head are what make this shrimp remarkable.
