Chameleon Whiptail Catfish

Chameleon Whiptail Catfish

Chameleon Catfish

One of the oddest and rare members of the farlowella catfish family is the Chameleon Whiptail Catfish. These exotic catfish live in leafy and sandy substrates and scavenge small insects, vegetable matter, and, well, behave like a catfish. So in the aquarium a sandy area is required to keep these fish alive. Other than that the chameleon whiptail will feed on most aquarium food.
